Fitness & Me
Since the age of 12 I've been having up's and down with my health & fitness levels. I use to watch a program regarding children's health, showing them their future selves, this hooked me into action to lose the fat and eat cleaner. The gym has been my backbone, my go to place, the first time I lifted a weight, I knew I loved it and I never stopped.
The gym has always been the one place I've been able to develop myself, physically and mentally. Being able to focus on how to look good, be strong or make new friends - this can give us so much power and freedom.
