The best brainfood for morning:
10 ingredients in order of quantity:
Almond flour/peanut flour
Lemon Juice (Freshly squeezed)
Greens (Vegetable) Powder
Pumpkin/Chia/Poppy Seeds
Coffee
Green tea powder
Tumeric (or tumeric powder)
Cacao powder
Oregano
Garlic crushed and chopped
This is actually what I consume most days, I've been doing this for the past few days and it has made/makes me feel amazing!!
