Brain Food

The best brainfood for morning:

10 ingredients in order of quantity:

  1. Almond flour/peanut flour

  2. Lemon Juice (Freshly squeezed)

  3. Greens (Vegetable) Powder

  4. Pumpkin/Chia/Poppy Seeds

  5. Coffee

  6. Green tea powder

  7. Tumeric (or tumeric powder)

  8. Cacao powder

  9. Oregano

  10. Garlic crushed and chopped

This is actually what I consume most days, I've been doing this for the past few days and it has made/makes me feel amazing!!

Have before your workouts for an added boost.

Try it before or after your meditation and you should notice a difference within 3 weeks.

  • Chamomile Powder
