Mixed Conditioning Circuits

Train all three energy systems in one go. Want to gain strength, fat loss and aestethics?


There are three ways to go about this exercise circuit:

  1. Complete everything as quickly as possible

  2. Complete everything with as many rounds and reps possible in a limited time period of your choice.

  3. Perform your reps every minute, on the minute.


Strength: 3-5 reps : Choose 1 exercise:

  • Squat

  • Deadlifts


Hypertrophy: 8-20 Reps : Choose 1 exercise:

  • Accessory Work

  • Glute Kickbacks

  • Back Extensions

  • Cable Pull Throughs

  • V-Sit ups


Aerobic/Anaerobic: 30 seconds: Choose 1 exercise:

  • Squat jumps

  • Squat Thrusters

  • Weighted Lunged

  • Burpee
