How has gym has helped me?

Over the past 12 years I've been weight training.

It was the only activity that seemed to have give me such a rush of endorphins and the easiest option to choose, either due to lack of imagination, boredom of other activites (such as swimming, rock climbing and trampolining) or financially unable to - Let's be honest, I've never fully been able to hold a job.

During education I've been silly and when I've slacked in certain subjects, I ran to the gym.

My grades slacked prior to college, however, later on I did get top grades in Animal Management Level 3.

A good training session whereby I exert myself allows me to help with mental clarity, increase my confidence and boost my self-esteem.

I don't think everybody should forget their problems and head off to the gym, I would just like to admit that I think my efforts paid off and it can definitely assist your problems, definitely helping with mental clarity and confidence if used aside daily tasks.
